Paula Erle has been a productive and well respected real estate practitioner since 2001, Broker/Co-Owner of Hemig & Erle Real Estate Firm from 2003 to 2017, and Co-owner of Dickson Realty since 2011.  She is best known for her high standards of client care, her strong work ethic and unwavering value system.  Her industry peers know this and that is why she holds the esteemed position of “Ombudsman” for the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors.  Paula has also served as President for the Tahoe Sierra Board and MLS.

Although Paula lives in the Sierra Valley, she certainly covers a much larger area, from Lake Tahoe/Truckee region north through most of Sierra and Plumas Counties, and she is even known to do an occasional deal in Lassen County!  Paula is adept at all types of real estate including new and resale residences, lots, land and ranches and recently, quite a bit of commercial real estate.
